I need a spawn area for my server, but I'm bad at building.

Hello! I am working on a SMP server at the moment and it needs a spawn area (like the DonutSMP and many others) but I have 0 experience with building and am pretty horrible at it. Where can I find builders or anyone that can help me build the spawn, or should I just try doing it myself? Thanks!
