I am making an oracle cloud server and the tutorial I am watching says that I NEED to assign this a public IPv4 address. In my oracle cloud thing it is greyed out and I can't select it. I'm sorry if this seems kind of stupid I'm not very good at this. Thanks!!

yeah i cant assign a public ipv4 address it wont let me for some reason
