Trouble setting up oracle cloud server with panel

Hi, I've been trying for a few hours to get this stuff to work, I think I have the panel setup correctly, but the wings part (pterodactyl panel) isn't working, ive been following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQ-00n2RTMU&t=496s
I've also attached screenshots of both CMDs, one for the panel, the other for the mc server.
To be specific my question is what did I mess up, and how do I fix it, im not sure the panel is going to work since it said I didn't get the lets encrypt certificate, and then the wings part im not sure what to do, any help is appreciated 🙂

1) thanks for the mysql user credentials, might wanna change that as you just posted your URL, username and password in a public forum
2) restart the whole process and follow the official documentation on https://pterodactyl.io/ instead of watching a tutorial video

my guess is that you missed a critical step of granting the user permissions to create users (GRANT ALL), but yeah you should delete everything and completely restart.

the first time I was trying to set this up I was following the documentation, I'm not sure if im just too dumb or I missed something but I tried following that first, didn't work, then I decided to try and find a guide

those docs have worked for hundreds if not thousands of users

is there an easier way to restart? cause I've just been deleting the entire instance which results in a lot of wasted time/setup

like just delete the pterodactyl stuff or something

yeah you can do that, drop all users from mysql and
rm -rf /var/www/pterodactyl /var/lib/pterodactyl /etc/pterodactyl would probably workbut I would just reinstall the OS if you haven't used the VPS for anything else

can't help you there; if you're using a VPS panel you could hunt for anything related to "image" or "operating system"
what OS are you using?
