I mistakingly deleted the wrong group in LuckPerms. I have a daily backup of the entire server directory but when I replaced the current DB file (h2) for any of the days peior the perms are all missing. Not just the group I deleted but all of the groups and users and tracks. I now know that the recommended method of backup is to use '/lp export' but shouldn't I be able to replace the database file itself? Any help is greatly appreciated.

pretty sure if you go to plugins -> luckperms you drop the h2 db in there, and restart your server and it should work

Should but it doesn't. When I do that my perms are all empty.
are you able to read that db?

I don't know how to view the contents of an h2 dB.
