Neoforge server 1.21.1 error, i need help

This is relatively easy to fix. How are you installing Neoforge?

First one I tried to make it run on my pc, and not worked, then to a host website, same result

I don’t think the installer is being ran correctly. But if you’re on a host now, most hosts have built-in systems on their web panel for installing different jars.

I tried too with their system but was the same problem

One of their staff said to install the forge manually

Haven’t heard of Falix before, but if they have a system for installing Neoforge through their web panel, make sure you’re installing the same Neoforge version as your client

nothing changed even with their installer

on some forum said that there would be this file lwjgl.dll who needs to be in library folder and add a path to it, but I don't really know how
and another solve i seen, was to add an some code lines in buildscript to ingnore that lwjgl files, cause this files isn't needed to for a server

it's wierd cause not even with a modpack made by someone isn't running, i'm getting the same error

but without mods runs with no problems

Are you using a publicly available modpack or a custom made one?

i made a modpack after a public one (just added a few mods), didn't work
then i installed the modpcak that i was inspierd by and not worked
