Any plugin to revert the blast prot nerf in 1.21?

The nerf in question (https://youtu.be/g59s55xYmJ4) has been ruining my player base as they want the combat to be before the nerf. Are there any ways to revert the change or do I have to permanently downgrade to 1.20.6-?

In my opinion, I think it's possible to simulate at nearly the same level, even if not perfectly. What exactly were the original effects of the two enchantments and which parts were nerfed?

basically you couldnt stack the effect for example 1 blast prot armor piece would be -60% the total damage and even if you put all 4 armor pieces it would still be 60%
in 1.21+ its stackable so you dont even deal any kind of knockback at all if you wear full blast prot 4
