is there a plugin that would allow players to only own one elytra?

I want to stop one player getting more than one elytra in a time period.

I don’t personally know of a plugin that does that, but I do know many people will use ElytraManager to nerf Elytra’s to a certain extent. Not sure if that’s a viable alternative for you but I’ll look for a solution to your exact problem as best I can

I don’t think there’s a plugin for this specifically tbh (as Sytex said). But I think a data pack could do it

how would something like this even work? prevent them from picking the elytra up? no bc then the item would just despawn. prevent them from "harvesting" the elytra? also no as they'll always find some way to destroy the blocks and pcik it up. the only thing i could think of is limiting how many end cities you could enter in some period of time which in its self would be a giant headache to do with plugins

yeah. i figured , my server isnt a big one max 16 people play on it , might have to do the old Honor System

or just give everyone an elytra using kits so the rarity of elytra goes down?

hmm this might not be the prettiest solution but you could teleport them out of the end into the overworld every time they pickup an elytra in the end ofc that won't completely stop people but it'll def make it alot more annoying the farm massive amounts of elytras

only issue would be to prevent hoppers but that also should be doable
