So, I built the latest version of PlotSquared from source (because I'm broke :( ), and it gave back a "PlotSquared-7.5.3-SNAPSHOT-sources.jar", now I think that's what I need to add to my server, and when I do and restart it, it does not do anything in term's of the file's, it does not show up in /plugins, it does nothing, did I do something wrong?

I'm using paper, yes I did, it's not doing anything no matter what, I can't really do any error messages or logs as I don't think it shows any, it's running on the correct version and it's in the plugins folder
