I was looking at Stripe. It's really good but the only issue I have is that it doxxes my phone number and address, and I don't want to pay even more for a VoIP number and a virtual address. I don't want to use Tebex or the sort either since I really only want donations - people choose how much they pay - and not any complicated rank system.

I haven't had that experience, but I don't use invoices
It simply shows my business name
So if I use payment links it shouldn't leak my address?

afaik it can be disabled and only show simple stuff like an email

I'd really just recommend Tebex but adding some basic in-game perk for donating -- they're quite good.
