Honestly speaking @Black-tailed Gnatcatcher there's multiple things to this.

- simple static website you could CF/GitHub if you can code
- vercel if you can code
- some sort of MC CMS
- buying a cheap website VPS
The first 2 are free and the latter are going to cost you

If you have a domain already, all you need is a webhost and you can install azuriom no code required a server website
You can probably find shared webhosting to support this very cheap (I believe they even have a partner you can try)
