How do I add and configure simple voice chat for a bungee server?

Basically what the title says. I tried following the simple voice chat wiki, but their documentation for installing the server side plugin isn’t terribly descriptive, and I haven’t been able to figure it out myself. I have some questions to begin, and probably some follow ups.

1. Which folder do I add the proxy plugin to? I figured it’s the bungee plugin folder, and not each individual server instance plugin folder

2. Do I need to open new ports for each voice chat server, or do they run on backend ports that don’t need to be open to the public the same way server instances do?

3. In the voice chat config file in each server instance, what do I set for the:

- Port
- Bind address
- Voice host

4. For voice chat proxy properties, basically the same, what do I set for the:

- Port
- bind address
- voice host

It’s all very confusing, so I appreciate any help!

Edit based on the suggestions;
- I’m using the Simple Voice Chat by henkelmax
- Running Bungee for Spigot 1.21.4 servers
- So far I’ve added the proxy to the bungee plugins folder, and the server plugin to the server instance plugin folders. I’ve set the bind address to blank and to 0.0.0.0. I’ve changed the ports to the server backend ports, and to the voice chat port, 24454. I have not tried setting the bind address to the local address.
