How to enable /kill

Players do not by default on any widely used server software have default access to a suicide command

Please specify your server software and used plugins/mods if applicable to see what we can do

It really sounds stupid to give full access to players to execute an arbitrary kill command

They can set up a macro and repeatedly kill everything until they are kicked/banned

I'm pretty sure they just want a suicide command

plenty of servers let you run the /kill command with no arguments to kill yourself

Unrelated, but I have never gotten the point of a suicide command. Why does it exist and what purpose does it serve?

Person gets stuck

Person wants to get back to base fast and has no real valuables

they dont really cause harm and can just be nice to make gameplay a bit smoother

person just hates life
