How do I know if there is a lag issue with my Server Vs a player client issue?

have you ran MTRS on your server to see if it is the host / machine or their connection to it?

Hey this is unrelated to this post but the other post about the admin I demoted and ban

Since it was a crapyy situation and I dont want anyone in my server to think I just banned him for 1 mistake since theres no context bc its all in dms

I decided to say I am open about everything and if anyone wants me to sharescreen dms if anyone has doubts about my actions or texts, I am open to share everything to ensure people everything was done out of fairness. I wanted to give that option to show full transprancy to my playerbase and that I have nothing to hide

the two teammates of the admin left the server and have blocked me I found out earlier today, aw well I didnt do anything to them its fine.

but after talking to a concerned discord member in public chat on the server and offering sharescreeen and talking about what happened, one of the teammates dmed me saying stop talking #### and just cursed at me, I said lets be civil if there is any confusin I can share my chat to show I have not talked bad about anyone but they didnt care and I had to block them

I am kinda worried because I am by myself now but I have some people concerned and his teammates leaving and being aggressive about the situation, which results in me blocking them bc if they cant be civil, I am not just gonna entertain a chat where they curse out me for something im not doing right?

I just know to remain unbias, fair and open. People need to feel safe about their progress by not worrying about the owner being unstable

but im by myself now, so im just scared of screwing up somehow
