Hey,

we have been running a modded MinecraftRP server for quite a while now and recently updated to 1.20.1 as we wanted to try out new stuff.

The past few months were spent getting the technical stuff mostly done but there has been an issue recently that sort of drove me into a corner.

Every 10 minutes on the main server you will see a huge lage spike that temporarily freezes everything on the server. While it also occured on a testserver that I setup (which is on the same rootserver though) also have it every 10 or 20 minutes depending on my "luck"

Usually it does not crash the server but today I tried to get a proper spark profile of both servers so I can get help more easily which make me run into the following crash for which I attached the logs further down the line.

As my experience on the serverside is not great I wanted to ask if my theory with it being the fault of the garbage collector might be right and if not if anyone here might see something that could be the issue which I simply overlook.

The last time I asked for help I´ve been told to get a new server but it honestly is usually working out very well.
