I am starting a new MC server, so obviously there is going to be little players for a while.
What are the main ways of hosting?
Are VPS good idea?

The server will be a SMP with custom enchants so lots of custom plugins.
It will be Java only.
Are VPS good for 10 to 20 players and easy or hard to set up
