Server crashed and unsure of cause

I would imagine you should this is likely related to a block entity or corrupted world file.

So this might be hard to identify since I might have seen a chunk error in my server and one if the performance mods might affect blcok entities

They're never really easy to find - just got to keep up with the search and take a look at all related log files.
