Help optimizing a Modded Vault Hunters 3 server

one of the hardest modpacks to run

when it comes to multiplayer

Yup

We are running it almost flawless on 14 players, and past that it starts lagging

Any solutions / insights I could take from this? 🙏

You will probably need to upgrade your service but from stuff I have seen in the past that mod gets choppy after 10 players

more then 5 cores
performant mod is most likely a must
figure a way out to automatically pregen vaults as they are made
servercore with very harsh configs
lots of performance optimizations

I’ve helped someone else run a VH server - these mods helped substantially

What does the radium reforged does?

Also set sync chunk writes to false in server.properties

It’s a port of Lithium to forge

It’s better than canary, because canary disables a lot of lithium patches

Mob spawning is very laggy however not much you can do.
Try with the mods I suggested and make another spark :)
