So I am self hosting a Minecraft server on win7 computer with 16301MB ram and Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-5010U CPU @ 2.10GHz 2.10GHz. And I am experiencing lag. Could you please provide any help, thanks, I will be more than happy to provide any information necessary, here is the mod list with length of 159 mods:

my friend asked me to put it to false
he most likely runs cracked launchers then
