TPS Server issue

Hello

Im having some issues right now with the server im hosting on a dedicated hardware.

Im running spark for detailed info but im not sure how to use it for me to understand the problem, so im asking for someone who actually knows what's in there

Im running a server with 15+ players daily, forge with around 140 mods (5 of them being heavy one's like Create Mod, the rest it's either small ui mods and non so much stressing the server)

Current hardware im using for the server is

CPU = i7-7820X

RAM = 64GB 2400mhz

NVME = 500GB not sure what speed it's get's

Used to run more heavely modpacks with 5-10 players. But right now it's barely playeable.
