Tebex store review + deliverables + headless

Anyone here using tebex headless?
They rejected my store due to lack of "deliverables", but I'm using tebex headless on my own store, and the deliverables are distributed by the backend when we validate their webhook notification.
Their tickets are closed atm, but just wondering if anyone knows whether I can avoid using in-game commands
