Playit.gg would be the easiest option if you dont wish to true port forward

ill try it out but is the ping localized or is it on playit.gg servers?

"ping localized" isn't an industry term that any of us will understand. Can you explain your question in more detail?
With tunneling solutions like playit, the whole idea is that you are using local software to forward connections to and from a server operated externally to your local network.
As such, you are hosting your server yourself on your own equipment, but users are connecting to an external server, which then forwards traffic transparently.
If this doesn't answer your question, definitely explain your question in long-form so that we understand better.

So i live in Poland so are my friends. Is the Ping will be like servers in Poland or like on a server from USA. Because i wont think my friends are gonna play on 150ms Ping.

That would 100% depend on where the tunneling endpoint is. If you went with Playit, it would be based on where their server locations are.
There are solutions you can use that allow you to run your own tunneling endpoint on a small VPS. Fast Reverse Proxy is a common choice, and Byerwall is a tool that helps with configuring it for use with Minecraft. Both are on github.
If you went with something like that, you could provision a small VPS in a Poland-local location for just a few Euro per month and have the ping you're looking for.

Unfortunately im looking for a free solution ill try playit.gg and if it doesnt work ill find an alternative.
There are some cases where a free tier VPS provider may be enough for your needs. Many enterprise hosts like AWS, Digital Ocean, and Azure offer free tier VPS options that would be enough for your needs. Just about the only potential hangup is monthly bandwidth limits to stay within the free tier. Minecraft servers (especially modded) use more bandwidth than you'd expect. Worth looking into though.
You’d be somewhat lucky to get below 150ms with playit tbh

So i tried playit.gg and yea its not reliable. The server it sends me too is in Mumbai so 150+ ping guaranteed. is something like oracle cloud would work? and if yes how would i set it up.
Oracle has shitty routing
Aws ec2 is much better

its only free for 12 months tho. its not gonna work so well are there alternatives that will work on AWS?
or somewhere else
