I had one of our players tell us friend connect was taking them to another server, just happens to be the “biggest vanilla Minecraft server” they’re being taken too.
I tried it myself and was taken here as well. Any help is super appreciated, thank you! 😊

The majority of Bedrock servers will run on UDP port 19132 by default
Unfortunately, I haven't found any information specific to your issue, but I have seen this massive warning on [what appears to be the official friendconnect github repo](https://github.com/jrcarl624/FriendConnect)

Tonight after our server did its daily restart, around 9:30pm EST

Yeah I’m super confused on why this is happening.
They’re able to use our IP/PORT normally to join, it’s just friend connect having this issue

lol so our server did its second daily restart (we only have 2 daily at night)
Now friend connect is working again.

Wait @Serengeti are you on a shared hosting?
Like the hosting with a IP and port
And if yes, are you on the default 19132 port?
Cuz I've seen this kind of issue on java before but not sure much on bedrock
When the dns isn't setup so when the user tries to access it via some sort of domains it shows another server
But not sure if bedrock also have this issue tho :(

One of your plugin probably is malware and/or the client used is malware. This can be achieved with the new transfer feature.
