I want to create a seperate world for mapart. Is it possible for them to be sharable across different worlds? Using Velocity

You definitely can across different worlds in the same server using [Multiverse](https://mvplugins.org). In our server, I used a generator that generates a layer of white concrete above a glass layer in a void world (glass over void is transparent on a map).
