Looks like "Vanilla Refreshed" mod caused the problem
Still is not working as it should be
get the NERB mod, not enough recipe books mod
itll wipe out RB, and make less lag

Removing Vanilla Refreshed helped alot
But still shouldn't happend witho those things installed
