also make sure to configure the plugin after you install it

by default it will filter nothing

make sure paper engine mode is on 1

@Skullians [always-ping] Turns out the issue I remember running into several months ago was literally just not having a gradle wrapper shipped with it lmfao.

So I just ran gradle wrapper using my system install and then ./gradlew build worked perfectly.

I was truly being the most apathetic possible when I last tried. Putting in 5 mins of effort fixed it, imagine that.
