Hey everyone!
Yesterday I tried to port forward 25565 I didn't work but nothing was wrong with the wifi. Today morning I noticed that the wifi doesnt work IT connects but theres no internet. I tried resetting the router but that did nothing and I cant connect to the routers settings page. Is theres anything I could do other than call tech support?

Port Forwarding definitely shouldn't cause this
My best recommendation would be to unplug your router for a few minutes and then plug it back in and try again

I already tried it only for a few seconds though

I would say it needs about 30 seconds unplugged

If you want, when you plug the router back in, do it without the WAN cable plugged in. Then you can connect to your router without it being connected to the internet, and disable anything you need to.

it appears your router uses PON
The PON port uses a fiber-optic to connect to your ISP (WAN ports use an ethernet cable)
but basically they serve the same function
