Is it possible to have Xaero's or another map mod show players anywhere in the world?

client side mods can't, but you can install server side, web-based map plugins that can do this. Dynmap is a common choice, and I like Bluemap.

just be aware if your server is PvP, folks will use this to hunt down bases to raid.
