I'm struggling with an issue where my server says "incompatible version" despite being on the same version and having the same mods
it started earlier today after I added a mod + datapack which were just server-side (edited)
even after removing them, adding them on my client, and copy+pasting the modlist from the server to the client and vice versa it still says that
and when i try to connect it says "timed out"
I have a backup of the server from yesterday so I could just restore that, but my players did a lot since then and they'd like to continue on the current save if possible
Also, when generating a new world for the server it is possible to connect
Could the issue be that the world is corrupted or something?

As far as I'm aware, yes. It was working fine until I tried adding the new mod
And if I make it generate a new world it still works fine - I am able to connect

falling tree is required on the client as well
odd the server isnt accepting ur connection anymore

It's strange because I've tried installing it on the client and the issue is the same
And if I remove it from the server and the client the issue persists
I also tried adding a datapack at the same time as fallingtree but I'm not sure if that's related
I also tested removing that
And the issue was still there
