Cursor movement not working properly on server

So I've recently started a server with a couple friends only 1.12.2 Forge with a couple mods. After joining the server, one of my friends and I noticed the in-game cursor moving erraticly. The mods I've installed are:
Vic's Modern Warfare Mod,
HBM's Nuclear Tech Mod Reloaded,
Quark,
JEI,
Immersive Vehicles (MTS/IV) - Official Content Pack,
Immersive Vehicles (Formerly Transport Simulator),
Applied Energistics 2,
[Immersive Vehicles/IV/MTS] ZD Military Vehicles Pack (Renewed),
[Immersive Vehicles/IV/MTS] VEB Automobilwerke Schwikau Military/Civilian Tanks Helicopters, Planes, and more!,
[Immersive Vehicles] IAV Parts pack,
Immersive Engineering,
UNU Parts Pack [MTS],

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Playing with lower sensitivity.
Also, 1.14.4 isn't possible.

Its a bug in the version of lwjgl used before 1.14
Cant handle high poll rate mouses
