I need to move my databases between my old provider to my dedicated machine, any good tutorials for this procedure?

connect to the database from your own machine, dump it, re-upload

Export from Database A
mysqldump -u userA -pPasswordA -h host_of_DatabaseA DatabaseA > databaseA_dump.sql

Now, connect to Database B and import the dump file
mysql -u userB -pPasswordB -h host_of_DatabaseB DatabaseB < databaseA_dump.sql
syntax might be wrong pls do your own research but this is how you do it
you can do all this from the terminal of your dedi
