Hello! I am wondering if anyone would be able to help me connect my computer to my virtual machine on Oracle. No matter what I do I get the error "Permission Denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic)" when I try to connect with the following command using terminal:

ssh opc@[[public IP address]]

Which according to the last several days of research can be one of three things. Incorrect key, which isn't the case as this is my only server, key permissions, and server configuration. I'm not able to connect using remote desktop for the same reason. Putty is giving me the same error when I try to connect using that as well. I'm not a developer, I've only dabbled in running commands as I've needed and cannot access the key permissions to check or change them.

Would anyone have any help or advice on how I can move forward? Thank you so much in advance 🙏🏼

You can go to oracle cloud and log in via their website interface and figure out if the key was somehow incorrect and fix it that way.

Thank you for the suggestion! I think maybe my ssh configuration on my computer is incorrect somehow?

Windows? You should be able to just connect via terminal
