Routing issue can exist anywhere. Try to get that player to install [Cloudflare Warp](https://one.one.one.one/) as an initial step to troubleshoot if you can.

It’s a type of VPN, but only for local routing optimization. It may help in cases where a player’s connection to your server is experiencing issues or bad routing. That’s why I mentioned it as an initial troubleshooting step.

“Connection reset” is a broad, catch-all error. To investigate further, you’ll need the player to run WinMTR or a similar tool to identify potential routing issues. If you rent this server, you should also contact your host to check if they see any issues on their end that could be affecting the network.
