Sword Skins question

Hey, so I want to setup crates for my server but I don't want them to be p2w. So I am trying to see if when someone unlocks a crate they get a cool custom model instead of an actual p2w sword.

Is it possible to make a GUI that adjusts sword model on use (using Nexo), and keeps all other info such as damage and enchantments?

I am buying the entire Eco suite of plugins so if that is a functionality that would be great!
