Voice Chat

FYI: ive asked on the subreddit already, but ive had no replies.

I have a paper mc minecraft server, running on playit.gg, 1.21.4, and the players time out (below) every 30sec, spamming logs

the voice chat does work apart from this, people can talk with it, they just get kicked for a couple sec every min which get really annoying

[voicechat] Reconnecting player [player]
[voicechat] Sent secret to [player]
[voicechat] Successfully authenticated player [uuid]
[voicechat] Successfully validated connection of player [uuid]
[voicechat] Player [player] ([uuid]) successfully connected to voice chat

Anything i can do?
