Why won't my minecraft server start anymore?

I have a self hosted 1.18.2 minecraft server for me and my friends to play on, and it has 2 mods. Splatcraft, and world edit. I also have 3 plugins installed, discordSRV, luckperms, and server essentials. It was working perfectly fine the whole time until I was playing on it just today and the server randomly crashed. I went to the pc that was running the server and tried to start it again but then it just crashes again when it tries to start. What's the problem?

you dont even need hybrid for those plugins yk
DiscordSRV -> discord integrations mod
Luckperms -> Luckperms has modded
Server essentials -> Essentials but for mods
Try installing Neurina mod to see if itll fix
but i highly suggest NOT running hybrid

sorry whats hybrid? I want to use mods and plugins and i found this thing called arclight https://github.com/IzzelAliz/Arclight which lets you do that. So I just added my 2 mods into the mods folder and 3 plugins into the plugins folder

arclight is a hybrid
something that allows for mods and plugins to run together
you dont need a hybrid for the thing you are running
