Is there a way to fix this? I use the console to talk to the players regularly and keep tabs of what's happening so this is disruptive.

they're killing guardians with a fire aspect sword
(it is also throwing a similar error for tropical fish)

Here are some examples that support 1.21.1, but might still work. If not, look around for alternatives. There are bunches of such mods out there. Either way, seems like the issue is a Minecraft issue and Mojang knows about it.
