I am running purpur 1.21.4 via Pterodactyl Panel on a Ubuntu 24.04.1 Live server VM installed through TrueNas virtualization. This VM has 32GB allocated with all cores and threads of a Core i5-11500. Every 5 minutes, my TPS drops like crazy and my MSPT spikes like crazy (to the thousands). The server terminal/console has a corresponding "Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 2663ms or 53 ticks behind". I ran a spark profiler, but have no idea what I am looking at. Can anyone please help?

Intel Core i5-11500. it only reads Xeon because my VM inserts it as such. Another note, this server ran on windows 10 using a run.bat file without this issue, although that was with 1.20.4.

Might be a good idea to switch OS to Linux of some sort as a side note.
The actual problem feels weirdly like GC, but Aikar flags are already there.

What do you mean by this? The server is currently running on Ubuntu Live Server 24.04.1

It's not on windows. It was on windows previously, but I have upgraded it to linux. I mentioned windows earlier to give context that this issue did not exist when running on windows (albeit at a older version with older plugins).

spark shows those numbers, but when in game with a TPS counter, i see insane spikes
