Server causing random player kicks but I'm not seeing anything in logs?

Hi, I'm running a 1.12.2 forge server for the modpack Sevtech:Ages for me and my friend. Every so often, we would get kicked with the error displaying: Fatal Error has occurred, this connection is terminated. There is no crash report, neither the server or players crashed, we were able to immediately reconnect. This would happen every so often, but enough for it to be annoying. Can anyone help me debug the issue? This is the printout of the logs:

Modpack is Sevtech Ages, Forge 1.12.2: I also had to add the HWYLA mod manually to the server because it would not start up due to missing WAILA
