I wanted to ask for opinions, which one is the best, and the benefits/disadvantages of each of the three major solutions on the market.
If there's another major solution, feel free to bring it up as well.
Here are the main points that matter to me:
This is also meant to be a discussion on which is the best. I'm considering Nexo heavily personally.

Nexo is Oraxen and both of those are better than ItemsAdder.

Afaik Oraxen and Nexo are seperate as the developer of a significant majority of Oraxen was booted off and made Nexo
And there's no guarantee of continued Oraxen support in Nexo as time goes on
im considering nexo because no protocollib -><-
Ruddy Ground-Dove
Yeah I mean that's why we stay with Nexo.
Smooth Fox TerrierOP
but ive also seen that itemsadder generally is #1 for ecosystem compatability
a lot of resource pack resources only support IA
no vanilla rp or oraxen/nexo support

If this is your server, try supporting open source project and it would also be easier to troubleshoot your issue. (So do not use item adder)
Smooth Fox TerrierOP
also anyway to get nexo for less, noticed it's $18 euros but wondering if they have any discounts active anywhere rn

I moved from using vanilla textures to Nexo because of the texture pack change in 1.21.4 which breaks the texture on 1.21.4 version, and we would’ve manually had to update to the new format, but Nexo does this automatically by just dropping the resource zip file into the directory. Our server is on 1.21.3 but players joining on 1.21.4 through viaversion can see the textures without issues, and I don’t think IA supports this
They have a WIP IA converter if you’ve already started using an IA config
