I am running a Fabric 1.20 server.
One day, my friend left the string duplication machine running in a spawn chunk and logged out, causing an extraordinary amount of strings to be generated. This has become the reason why the server keeps crashing.
By using commands to move the spawn chunk to a distant location, the server no longer crashes as long as no one approaches the string duplication machine. However, I want to find a fundamental solution.
Any ideas on how to delete the strings?
Commands do not execute when entering the range where the string is loaded. Therefore, using the

or if you don’t care about what’s in the chunk, you can just delete it with mca selector
