Where in a world folder do I enable experimental features?
Bedrock or Java edition?
And is this on a multiplayer server, I assume?
Also, what version of Minecraft?

Then yeah, what Clyde said. You'll need to make the single player world, turn on Experimental Features before it is created, and then upload.
