I want to have a Spawn, and then a GUI where I can select to RTP into other worlds. What plugin integrates best with this? especially the multiple worlds part. all of this is under a proxy already btw^

Multiverse is a plugin that will let you have multi world in one Minecraft Server.

For RTP, you will look for one with Muti-world supports, I believe majority of them on top google search has them. I also recommend using Mutiverse as above.

Oh. That’s not my personal experience helping people at all. I would be interested to see some spark report backing up those claims
