Which one is better? Seems like Starlight is still the king in 2025? Thinking about installing it on server side.

mojang fixed most of their lighting
nowadays starlight iirc only like optimizes glowstone etc placement by like nano seconds

Is there any difference if I install for example Lithium only on client side and my friend will install it as well.
Will the performance improvement be the same, or in this scenario it needs to be installed on the Minecraft server?

I could just ask him to install specific plugins via Prism Launcher, so we have same one's and that will be easier.

sodium cant be installed on server at all, yeah client only
