What can I do to optimize my server? I'm running very high on ram even without players.

My server has recently (2ish weeks) started using a ton of ram even when no players are online. Im doing my best to hunt down and remove errors in the console. Along with that I've been looking at every plugin I have and seeing what does and doesnt supprot 1.21 (my server version).

I run paper, and I host on realisticnodes.com. Its been a great host for the last year or so and the support is great.

Im including a list of the plugins Im running. Im going to be removing the red plugins that arent loading tonight after Im done looking into all of these one by one.

One thing to note is that a lot of the time I hire a dev to help me with work that I dont feel Im up to the task of handling. This means sometimes they put plugins on my server and I dont know what they are for or if they might be dependent on other plugins.

Here is what Ive found when looking into all the plugins Im currently running.

Vault is only tested for 1.17 and lower. - I dont know if I need to find a different plugin to handle my economy but I dont think so since I have had vault running on my server for almost the entire time.

Night Core - Seems very out of date, last tested version of minecraft on the spigot page is 1.10, and I have no idea why its on my server.

PlugmanX - Last tested version is 1.20, I think the dev I use the most uses this a lot for his work but Im not sure

Nightvision - Very old plugin with a ton of bad reviews that say it crashes server. This is being removed tonight! But I dont think it was loaded on recently so I dont know if thats the ram issue.

NexAuth I dont know where this came from, but the spigott page says its no longer being supported. This is coming off tonight and I have to hope it doesnt break something.
