Apex Server - Deleting datapacks

I run an apex server and added the heaven datapack due to popular request but after finding out that it was WAY too op, I was not able to delete it because it would not let the server start up again.
I wont lie I'm a little new to hosting a server and I'm sorry if this is common but I went into the datapacks folder and removed it like how you're supposed to. However, the console looks for the datapacks still and eventually says "Failed to load datapacks, can't proceed with server load. You can either fix your datapacks or reset to vanilla with --safeMode". I've looked online and used AI to delete it but it doesn't seem to work.
How do I fix this?? Any help is appreciated.

PPS. I tried asking this on reddit and the bot auto stopped everyone from commenting what the flip is that did I do sm wrong

you’d have to ask the developer on where it makes data points in the level.dat file so you can remove it
another way is make a world with the SAME SEED
and transfer its level.dat files to your old world and it’ll work without the data pack

also why APEX hosting?
(this is unrelated but still somewhat of a problem. Not server wise…. Ish, but just host issue)
@Tamz you’d have to ask the developer on where it makes data points in the level.dat file so you can remove it

Are you saying I should boot up a single player world with the same seed with all the datapacks I want except the heaven one and then transfer the level.dat file into the server?

tbf fair. but apex is a pretty big scam. if you are going long term (1-2 months) swap ASAP

be sure to transfer the level.dat_old too
backup the world before this so you have a restore point

Yeah I was looking at the different level.dat and level.dat_old and whatever files. Should I replace all of them too
just the level data files
that holds ALL the generation and important world related information
without that the world would brick
