Adding multiple resource packs to my server

Hey everyone! So i'm hosting a Cobblemon Star Academy server on a certain website (will not name until asked since those keywords seem to get the post taken down) and I cant seem to find any video or guide on adding multiple resource packs to it, only one.

I am using Curseforge and just copying the mods over to the website.

The reason I want the resource packs as well is because i'm getting this error (sent as png)
I dont know if it correlates at all, and if the resource packs and shader (which are on the curseforge modpack) not being on the server is causing this.

Any help is appreciated!
