Found this plugin named Kryptonite on Modrinth. I'm suspicious of any anti-lag plugin, but I wanted to know if anyone thought this was legit. Who knows?

All it does is set "optimal" config values / allow you to change config values from in game from what I can see: https://github.com/LewMC/Kryptonite/blob/main/src/main/java/net/lewmc/kryptonite/kos/AutoKOS.java
Which may or may not be optimal for your type of server
