A player sent 101 packets that grim considered invalid within one second, so it's kicking the player.

Ask them if they're using any mods or a client, if its one person then they're likely doing something wrong
grim has a debug thing i believe

Default limit is 100 in the configuration, so 101 is the first where they'd be kicked I believe.
