I'm open to options, but preferably top-shelf (or semi-top-shelf hardware)

Plan/Players: Looking to hold ~150 players without UniverseSpigot
Location: Preferably NA, east coast
Edition: Latest (~1.21+)
Budget: Unset, open to options. I know many good hosts and am leaning towards Bloom, but I want to see if the community had any recommendations/'underground' options
