Free shop plugin that lets you specify item NBT

That's a really cool idea. Have you considered finding a plugin that makes exp a currency, instead of a plugin that specifically makes an exp shop?

I assume the solution of a command/gui that takes your xp and converts it to actual money is not something wanted.

Using skript as an example (unless you use denizen or customCommand or whatever) you could code it to take XP and give money. That or with skript create a shop ig?

i assume the first bit

1 level = 1 currency. 0.5 levels = 0.5 currency

So 1 xp point will have a different value depending on how many levels you already had
